The CS is a better gun imo for a few reasons. The Bul grip was a little too thick for me even after stippling and grip reduction. Not a deal breaker but the CS is better. The optic mounting system on the CS is far superior to the Bul. I think this is a real weakling on the gun. On their 4.25 model I think it’s much better.
