Velocity is listed as 1165fps with a pressure of 28.5K psi OAL of 1.15 from a 4 inch barrel. The manual as well as others is available for download from castpics. v-340 has been my go to powder in 9mm, 40cal and 45acp for years and works well in those bullet weights, hard cast lead, plated and jacketed.
