For me, the v2 fixed the excess clamping force issue from the original GPX headset, it used to cause me headaches, but now it is pretty comfortable, the swivel earcups helped a lot. Footsteps are clear, but gun firing sounds are way too loud. Also, the headset is very quiet at under 40 windows volume, basically silent, and has a dramatic volume ...sort of. it was like in the cave and also sound was distort. it so bad. but if i turn of the surround sound its better. but the volume low. im using the dolby access apps. it is perfect for it. but for ur info im using logitech keyboard with g hub. but the g pro X headset im rollback to usb sound device. so g hub cant detect the headset.
