I went through the process on my phone but was never prompted with the actual correct domain for my user ID but it would not let me create an ID without "@blank.com" It wouldn't take my gmail so I guessed and typed in att.com at the end of my user ID ... care code: 201 [lu100] I am unable to login to my main att email using my user ID. I have a couple of subaccount emails that are still working, but my main email is not.Logging In. I try to log in and it wont accept my password or my user name I do the forgot my user id and it sends me the same one I had listed. So. I do the forgot password, answer security questions correctly, create a new password and then try again to log in. I now get a Care Code 201 [LU100]. And it tells me the user name is incorrect.

I tested Zeneky app. They unlinked my account and it affected my ATT account as well. Is it possible to restore the credentials? I cannot login to myATT account now.
