It's usually 14/16 str 40 dex/45 str or 27/28 str 40/45 dex for a quality. Or 40/40. That said, if you just wanna use the estoc, base str is perfect, as that e contributes nothing. I recommend 16 str to have access to the chaos blade and silver knight spear. I recommend never stopping at 20 str...
