I contacted lectron last month about fitting their WR 426 carb to my '99 400 and was told it would not fit on the 400 nor did they offer a product that would work and given that they are in the business of making money I left it at that. I bought a knock off clone KEIHIN FCR off of Amazon for $160 and have had pretty good luck.
